These Terms of Service govern your use of our online weight loss clinic and pharmacy services. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before placing an order or completing a consultation.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Tong is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) based in Tong, UK. We provide online weight loss consultations and prescription medication services to eligible patients in the United Kingdom. Our services are provided by qualified, registered pharmacy professionals.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete our online medical consultation questionnaire honestly and accurately. Weight loss medications are only appropriate for certain individuals based on clinical criteria, including BMI thresholds and medical history.
We reserve the right to decline any request for treatment if our clinical team determines that a prescription would not be safe, appropriate, or clinically justified. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may result in the immediate termination of your access to our services and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescriptions issued through Pharmacy Weight Loss Tong are generated only following a thorough review of your online consultation by one of our GPhC-registered pharmacists or an authorised prescriber. No medication will be dispensed without a valid prescription.
Completing a consultation does not guarantee the issuance of a prescription. Our clinical team retains full discretion over all prescribing decisions. Prescriptions issued are valid only for the medications, quantities, and durations specified. Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review and are not automatically renewed.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Your payment will be taken at the point of order submission. If your prescription is not approved by our clinical team, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked postal service to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect delivery addresses supplied by the customer.
All medications are packaged discreetly and in compliance with pharmaceutical storage and handling requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe, secure delivery arrangement is in place.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been approved and the order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for prescription medications, in accordance with UK pharmaceutical regulations.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the matter promptly.
The information provided through our platform is for clinical consultation purposes only and does not constitute a substitute for personalised medical advice from your GP or specialist. You are responsible for informing your GP or other treating clinicians of any medications prescribed through our service.
We strongly recommend that you do not stop or alter any existing medications without consulting your primary healthcare provider. Pharmacy Weight Loss Tong accepts no liability for adverse outcomes arising from failure to disclose relevant medical information during your consultation.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
